How are speed limit fines determined and enforced?

Vehicles exceeding the speed limit on highways and motorways are detected by systems called radar and timed speed detection (average speed detection). When vehicles exceed the speed limit, they are detected by radar and a speed limit fine is applied. If the vehicle exceeds the speed limit between 10-30% on highways and motorways, 10 penalty points are applied, and if the vehicle exceeds the speed limit by more than 30%, 15 penalty points are applied and the owner of the vehicle is given a speed limit fine. Exceeding the speed limit is a threat to traffic and drivers, and therefore it is not the right thing to do. If the vehicle owner exceeds the speed limit 5 times in a year, his/her driver's license will be confiscated and the driver can take a psychological test and get his/her license back. If the driver who gets their license back violates the speed limit 5 more times in the same year, their license will be permanently confiscated.
